Claim for non-conforming goods

Let's remind that consumers have the right in the law to apply for a product that does not conform to the terms of the contract within 14 day from the day of delivery.

Consumer claim for non-conforming goods:

  1. The products offered in the online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and other terms are indicated on the warranty documents attached to the item. The guarantee does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by regulatory enactments.
  2. Regardless of the guarantee provided by the manufacturer, the Consumer is entitled to submit a claim to the producer or Seller for the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract within 2 (two) years from the purchase of the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other regulatory enactments. The day when the goods were purchased by the manufacturer or Seller and the consumer accepted the item is considered as the day of purchase of the goods. The procedure for applying for and reviewing the Consumer's claim for non-conforming goods and the examination of the goods to be organized shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers May 20, 2014 Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on the Distance Contract"
  3. If the CONSUMER wishes to return a product that does not comply with the provisions of the distance contract, then according to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 of 20 May 2014, the CONSUMER must complete the application form and return the returned goods in full.
  4. When applying to the manufacturer or Seller for a claim for non-compliance with the terms of the contract, the Consumer shall attach a copy of the document certifying the transaction to the claim application.
